Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting! We take great care in printing, hand-finishing, and safely packing every order so it reaches you in perfect condition.

We currently ship to customers located in Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland) and Great Britain.

1. Order Processing & Production Times

Because many of our items—and all uploaded custom files—are printed to order, your total delivery time equals Production Time + Delivery Time.

Standard / In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Custom 3D Prints & Print-on-Demand Orders: Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the size of the model, print time, and current queue.

If your print requires extra long print times or custom scaling, we’ll let you know an estimated completion date before we start!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is ready, we post it via tracked postal services (such as An Post). You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over €40!

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Flat Rate Shipping: €6.90 for parcels under 2kg.
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Great Britain (UK Mainlands)

Flat Rate Shipping: €8.00 (~£6.90 GBP).
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

*Please note: All shipping prices are subject to change depending on postal carrier rate changes. Delivery times are estimates provided by postal services and may occasionally vary during peak holiday seasons or weather disruptions.

3. Customs, VAT, and Import Fees (UK Deliveries Only)

For our customers in Great Britain:

Orders sent to the UK cross an international customs border.
Depending on the total value of your order, local UK VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be applied by UK Customs/Royal Mail upon arrival.
These potential customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our checkout shipping rates.

(Deliveries to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland incur no extra customs or import fees!)

4. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking link hasn’t updated in a few days or your order seems delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Double-check your confirmation email to verify your delivery address was entered correctly.
Check your tracking link for any local delivery attempt notifications.
Drop us an email at info@printforge.ie with your order number, and we’ll track it down with the postal carrier.
