1. General Info & Overview

This website is operated from Ireland, and all transactions, contracts, and disputes are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish and EU law.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Custom 3D Printing & File Uploads

When you submit a 3D file (STL, OBJ, etc.) through our upload form or via email for custom printing, the following terms apply:

A. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

Your Files: You retain full ownership of any 3D models, files, or designs you upload to us.
Copyright Warranty: By uploading a file, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the file or have explicit permission/licensing to have the object 3D printed for personal or commercial use.
Indemnification: You agree that we are not responsible for copyright, trademark, or patent infringements resulting from files you submit. We reserve the right to decline printing any file if we suspect it infringes on third-party intellectual property or breaches legal/safety standards.

B. Print Feasibility & File Limitations

Pre-Print Check: We inspect submitted models for general printability. However, you are ultimately responsible for the structural integrity and design of your 3D model.
Minor Imperfections: 3D printing (FDM/Resin) is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process. Minor surface lines, tiny stringing, or support removal marks are normal characteristics of 3D prints and are not considered manufacturing defects.

C. Quotes & Pricing

Any quote provided after reviewing your uploaded file is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Production will begin once payment is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€).
We reserve the right to change product prices or shipping rates at any time. Any rate change will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
Payments must be made in full at checkout or via invoice prior to production and dispatch.

4. Production & Delivery

Production times for custom prints and print-on-demand items typically range from 2 to 5 business days before dispatch, as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Custom Printed Items: Under Irish Consumer Law (Consumer Rights Act 2022), custom-made or personalized products are exempt from standard ‘change of mind’ cancellation rights once production has begun.
Standard In-Stock Items: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for standard items in line with EU Distance Selling regulations.

6. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order containing:

Firearms, functional weaponry, or illegal/dangerous items.
Explicitly offensive, hateful, or illegal content.
Models intended to breach intellectual property rights or trade secrets.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is strictly limited to the total purchase price paid for that specific item or custom print service.
We are not liable for indirect loss, operational downtime, or secondary damages resulting from the use or failure of any printed part. (For example, if a custom replacement part fails in a household appliance).
